1. Use of the Services
The Services are provided to support the ministry, members, and friends of Covenant and Light Chapel. You agree to use them lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with the values of the Church. 2. CLC Radio & media content
CLC Radio, sermons, audio, video, images, and other content made available through the Services are provided for personal, non-commercial, devotional use. Live streaming availability may vary, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted broadcast.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — including the CLC name, logo, sermons, recordings, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Covenant and Light Chapel and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission, except for normal personal sharing.
4. Giving and donations
Online giving is processed by regulated third-party payment providers. By giving, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Giving to the Church is generally voluntary and non-refundable; if you believe an error has occurred, please contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith.
5. User-submitted content
Where you submit content (such as comments, prayer requests, or messages), you are responsible for it and confirm it is lawful and not offensive, defamatory, or infringing. We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish any content at our discretion to keep the community safe and respectful.
6. Privacy & data protection
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection (NDPR) Policy, which explain how we handle your personal data.
7. Third-party links
